CEO Alexander Baumgartner and the Head of the Pharma Division, Pierre-Henri Bruchon had travelled to San Prospero to personally address the new employees and to get to meet as many of them during the event.
Salvatore Vancheri, the Managing Director San Prospero, welcomed all the guests including the Major of San Prospero, Borghi Sauro, to the plant near Modena. Modena is a city on the south side of the Po Valley in northern Italy which is known for its automotive industry since the factories of the famous Italian sports car makers Ferrari, De Tomaso, Lamborghini, Pagani and Maserati are, or were, located here have headquarters in the city or nearby.
Alexander Baumgartner stated some important facts about Constantia Flexibles as well as the long history and introduced our motto “People, Passion, Packaging”. “You can see that our slogan starts with ‘People” and this is because we believe that the people within Constantia make the difference and are one of the pillars on our successful path to growth. I am very happy to be here today and personally I am also very happy that we bought a plant in Italy!”
Pierre-Henri Bruchon outlined his long history with Constantia San Prospero: “I visited the company for the first time 15 years ago when we were supplying the company with aluminum foil out of our Teich plant in Austria. I am looking forward to integrate this site into our satellite concept and further develop the plant!”
In the following Q&A session, employees had the opportunity to ask questions about future plans, operations topics and the satellite concept before the buffet was opened and the employees had the opportunity to meet the Pharma Management team and reflect on the speeches
